Law requires we ask for your employer and occupation. If you don't have an employer or are retired, put N/A, and if you are self-employed put "self-employed" in employer and describe your occupation.
Donations are limited to $500 per organization or individual, and $1,000 per couple if drawn from a joint account with two checks signed separately by each individual. You must also be a U.S. citizen aged 18 years or older to donate. Businesses may also contribute up to the $500 limit.
